* As we learned this week through Rob at Autoholics and the Hamtramck Registry, Plymouth in the 1980s built two L-body ‘Cudas for a production proposal that ultimately got shot down.
* We’ve been perusing Alden Jewell’s Flickr page the last couple of weeks and came across this mystery furniture moving van based out of Chicago. Anybody know anything about it?
* Retronaut this week posted a gallery of LIFE photos of a promotion at the Muller Brothers car wash, service station, and Oldsmobile dealer, presumably somewhere in sunny Southern California: Get a bunch of models to pose in swimsuits to highlight all the different services that Muller Brothers offers.
* Craig Hover at Hover Motor Company brought us some photos of the damage wrought to the Branson Auto Museum from this week’s Midwest tornados.
* Finally, Phil Are Go! pointed out this unique contraption: Maurice Ramm’s Monte-Copter, designed to operate as a helicopter, boat, and automobile. We wonder if this tri-phibian ever got off the ground, so to speak.
